Пошлина, как и оформление не проблема. А начальный уровень не нужен, так как работаю с 3D графикой. В общем, откликнулись только Mainbox (раньше уже пользовался их услугами) и то, получилось у них с 3 попытки. Итог - ноутбук едет к ним на склад.
