Я говорил о работе Почты России в целом (вы и сами можете посмотреть статистику прохождения посылок из-за рубежа, которую выдают некоторые сервисы отслеживания посылок). Безусловно будут исключения. Тем более, если из Москвы посылки едут так далеко.
