Таможню посылки не всегда быстро проходят. Если прошло меньше недели, то не стоит беспокоиться. Да и если понадобятся какие-то данные, то напишут повторно или позвонят. Если прошло 7-10 дней, то можно связаться со службой поддержки магазина.
